2oz of Absinthe into a champagne glass.
Add iced champagne until it attains the
proper opalescent milkiness.


Drink 3 to 5 of these slowly.

Zombie a la No1 Boy


Juice of one lime
1 barspoon brown sugar
1 barspoon pasion fruit
3/4 Cuban White Rum
3/4 Cuban Gold Rum
3/4 Jaimaca 90-proof
1 oz 151 proof Demerara


Stir together all these ingrediants exept the last; pour into 14-oz glass which has been filled three-fourths full of cracked ice; float the151-proofer as a lid; garnish with mint or fruit. A straw proposition.

1 oz fresh lime juice
1⁄2 oz of gin
3⁄4 oz of French Vermouth
2 dashes of Abbott’s bitters
2 dashes of absinthe

Harpo's Special


2oz rum
1 drop bitters
1/2 teaspoon Curacao
Juice of one-half lemon
1/2 teaspoon sugar


shake well and strain.

The Connecticut Bullfrog


Strange ingredients but well worth a shake.
1oz gin
1⁄2 oz New England rum
1⁄2 fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz maple syrup.


Shake these ingredients together


Ask a friend to takeover, probably best to
put in the mixer with a load of ice.


Serve frappe.

White elephant


1⁄2 oz Italian vermouth
1 1/2oz dry gin
White of one egg


Shake in iced cocktail shaker and strain
