Maiden’s Prayer

3⁄4 oz dry gin
3⁄4 oz Cointreau
1⁄2 oz lemon juice
Dash of orange bitters

Ice and shake well.

Serve in a cocktail glass

Savannah

1 1⁄4 oz of one-half orange
1 1⁄2 oz of gin
White of egg
Dash of Crème de Cacao.

Shake in iced cocktail shaker and strain

Serve in cocktail glass.

China Clipper Cocktail

1 Chinese Golden Lime
(Kumquat)
1 1⁄2 oz gin
1⁄2 oz dry vermouth
Dash of grapefruit juice
2 shots orange bitters

The ingredients are stirred with icecubes and poured onto the golden lime.

Opera

1 oz gin
3/4oz Dubonnet
3/4 Crème de Mandarine.
Add orange peel

Serve in Cocktail glass.

Prairie Chicken

1 oz of gin
1 egg in claret glass
Pepper and salt
Cover top with gin and serve.

Blackthorn

1 oz sloe gin
1⁄2 oz Italian Vermouth
Dash of Angostura
Twist of lemon peel or lemon juice.

Stir with ice and strain in cocktail glass
