Blue Moon
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz French Vermouth
1 Dash orange bitters
1 dash of crème Yvette
Serve in cocktail glass


Bamboo Cocktail


1 oz of sherry
1 oz dry vermouth
Two dashes Angostura


Stirred with ice and strained into
Glass bonused with green olive or pickled onionette

East India Cocktail


1 1/2 oz brandy
1 tsp pineapple juice
1 tsp Curacao, preferably the red
3 dashes Antgostura
Ice and shake; strain onto a cherry
1 teaspoon of Curacao
1 teaspoon pineapple syrup
1 jigger brandy
2 dashes Abbot’s bitters


Stir with spoon, serve with cherry in cocktail glass.

Stirrup Cup


1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz brandy
Juice of half-lemon
Shake in iced cocktail shaker and strain
Serve in cocktail glasss


Coconut cooler


Mix one half coconut milk
2 oz Jamaican Rum
Ice
Fill with lemon- lime soda


Serve in tall glass

Pumpkin Coach Cocktail


2 parts liqueur Cesoriac
1 part Vermouth (Italian Cinzano)
1 part cherry juice
3 limes ( to each pint)
